I create music as an act of softness in hard systems. Remix and improvisation are central to my practice - ways of resisting fixed outcomes and keeping music open, relational and alive.
I imagine my art as an invitation rather than a conclusion: something that can be entered, reworked and shared, where care, connection and collective meaning matter as much as sound.

SO SHA is a neurodivergent Filipino performer, songwriter and producer based in the UK, and a recent recipient of the UK Global Talent Visa. Working across pop, trance and electronic music, she combines live vocals, improvisation and movement, often reworking her songs through DJ sets, remix and experimental live formats. Her work is emotionally led, cinematic yet playful, and grounded in themes of belonging, recovery and cultural hybridity. A graduate of University of East London, trained through Institute of Contemporary Music Performance, SO SHA now focuses on creating accessible, relational music experiences.
