When Pigeons Fly
When I see pigeons fly,
I know I'll be alright
If they can get by
Then so can I
To see beauty in the ordinary
To see the extra in the ordinary
Everyday creatures
Who still remember that we loved them once
They've never forgotten
Please be kind to pigeons
And I hope you know you deserve kindness, too
And say this mantra when you feel like it's all too much:
If pigeons can get by
so can I
When pigeons are nearby
I know I will be alright

Beautiful mantra. We used to feed birds in our backyard (had to stop because of the increase of outdoor cats). I always loved watching the turtle doves (we affectionately call them t-doves). And the sounds they make! SWOON!
