Ara Kara Chant at 432 Hz

Description
If you're into writing meditation music (which is super-popular on YouTube), this could be useful.
I'm singing 'Ara Kara' at 432 hz. 'Ara Kara' is a "quantum sound" that can be used for manifestation meditations. If you're into this sort of thing, here's an article about it: https://www.pillaicenter.com/teachings/aharakara
432 Hz is gets a lot of props in the sound healing world. Many meditation music composers tune their music to 432 Hz instead of the standard 440 Hz tuning. It is said to be more peaceful and relaxing. There have been some recent studies about it (that are too small, but still cool): https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/31031095/

Nice Kara!
Thanks so much! I'm pretty sure my parents were unaware of this chant when naming me. But here's some fun info: 'Ah' means conceive. 'Ra' means fire. 'Ka' means physical realm. And so... 'Ara Kara' is a chant for manifestation.
These chants are going in my "essential" library. Thanks for the softball pitch!
ps: Is there a connection with your name and this particular chant?
