Now *this* is my cup of tea :)
Experimental that is *actually* experimental, LOL.
( ) defies convention
( ) rewards attention
( ) inspires creativity
Checks *all* the boxes!
Thank you so much, I really appreciate the actually experimental comment. Truly the most misused tag (imho).
btw - (fair warning?) I've done eleven of these (so far).
"Truly the most misused tag"
I feel called out, since I use this tag on almost everything. It's my way of saying "this doesn't sound like a properly composed and produced song 'cause it's *experimental* because that's why! " ;)
Well that sounds like the perfect use case for the experimental tag.
I think what I'm thinking of is like when I first joined ccm (so maybe an early perception I need to lay to rest) the first thing I did was search the experimental tag for samples and I found myself thinking "this sounds like a properly composed and produced song shaped song, how is it experimental?" a lot.
Fair warning? More like, great news!. I like the results, and I'm curious to see how each set blends with one another. Misused tags, yes. The worst offender being "glitch."
